We created the Adonis Index workout to build the perfect male body.

I’ve done bodybuilding, I’ve done powerlifting, I’ve done athletic style training, but
none of them had a true measurable definite goal.

Powerlifting is all about being stronger no matter what you look like. The stronger
you get the more you looked like a barrel, and that is a good thing in powerlifting.

When I was 190 lbs I needed to be 200 lbs, then once I hit 200 lbs 210 lbs was the
goal. I didn’t stop until I was 247 lbs! And that was only because of an injury, my goal

that any woman would probably find attractive by at least 50 pounds.

Bodybuilders only come down to a realistic and nice size during a contest; once,
maybe twice per year. The rest of the year is spent at super human size that
most
women cannot relate to
and most guys don’t like either. It is also blatantly
obvious that most guys who are following the bodybuilding mantra are incredibly
insecure.

They spend more time looking at themselves than they do talking to or even thinking
about women. “Bigger” is clearly not “better”, so we started wondering... "What's the
answer?"

We were searching for the right look, the look that every man respects and every
woman finds attractive.
We knew it existed, but we didn’t know how to measure it.

What is it that makes some bodies simply more appealing than others?

We knew it wasn’t size, bigger was definitely not better.

We knew it wasn’t too small, no girl wants a guy that is skinnier than she is.
